Shipping Policy

We aim to deliver your orders quickly and safely across Pakistan. Please review the shipping information below before placing your order.

Delivery Time

• Across Pakistan: 2–4 working days
• Lahore: 1–2 working days

Delivery times may vary depending on your location, courier availability, order volume, and other circumstances beyond our control.

Courier Partners

We currently use the following courier services for order delivery:

We may use another reliable courier service when necessary to ensure your order reaches you safely and efficiently.

Shipping Charges

• Orders below Rs. 5,000: Flat shipping charge of Rs. 250
• Orders of Rs. 5,000 or above: FREE delivery

Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery is available across Pakistan. You can pay the full order amount in cash when your order is delivered to you.

Please make sure that someone is available at the provided delivery address to receive and pay for the order.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive your tracking number via WhatsApp. You can use the tracking information to follow the status of your shipment with the relevant courier service.

Delivery Delays

While we do our best to deliver orders within the estimated delivery time, delays may occasionally occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including:

• Eid and public holidays
• Severe weather conditions
• Road closures or transportation disruptions
• Strikes or other courier service disruptions
• Unexpected delays at the courier facility

We appreciate your patience and understanding in such situations.

Incorrect or Incomplete Delivery Information

Please ensure that your name, phone number, WhatsApp number, and delivery address are correct and complete when placing your order. We may not be responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.

Delivery Address

Orders will be delivered to the address provided during checkout. If you need to update your delivery information, please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order. Once an order has been dispatched, changes to the delivery address may not be possible.
