Royal Radiance offers artificial and fashion jewelry made with premium gold polish and other finishing materials. We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, images, prices, sizes, colors, and other product information displayed on our website are accurate and up to date. However, minor differences may occur. Product colors may appear slightly different from the actual product due to photographic lighting, photography conditions, monitor settings, screen resolution, and device displays.

3. Jewelry Care & Product Disclaimer

Our jewelry is artificial/fashion jewelry and is not made from solid gold unless specifically stated otherwise in the individual product description. The polish and appearance of jewelry may change or fade over time depending on usage and exposure to external factors. To help maintain the appearance of your jewelry, we recommend:

• Keeping jewelry away from water and moisture.
• Avoiding direct contact with perfumes, lotions, creams, and other chemicals.
• Avoiding excessive exposure to sweat.
• Removing jewelry before bathing, swimming, exercising, or sleeping.
• Storing jewelry in the air-tight pouch provided when not in use.
• Keeping jewelry away from direct sunlight and humid environments when possible.

Normal wear, oxidation, discoloration, or fading of polish caused by exposure to water, perfume, sweat, chemicals, or improper storage may not be considered a manufacturing defect.

4. Pricing

All prices displayed on our website are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR), unless otherwise stated. Royal Radiance reserves the right to change product prices, discounts, promotions, or offers at any time without prior notice. Any price displayed at the time an order is placed will generally apply to that order, subject to order confirmation and product availability.

5. Payment Methods

Royal Radiance currently offers the following payment methods for eligible orders:

• Cash on Delivery (COD): Payment is made in cash to the courier at the time of delivery.
• Bank Transfer: Customers may make a manual bank transfer using the bank account details provided during the checkout process. After completing the transfer, customers may be required to send a payment receipt or screenshot to Royal Radiance for verification.

Royal Radiance currently does not accept credit card or debit card payments directly through the website. An order paid by bank transfer will only be processed or dispatched after the payment has been successfully verified by Royal Radiance. Royal Radiance is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect bank details entered or used by the customer, incomplete payments, or delays in payment verification.

6. Order Placement & Confirmation

When you place an order through our website, you are submitting a request to purchase the selected products. We reserve the right to contact you to confirm your order details before dispatch, particularly the delivery address and phone number. An order may be cancelled or declined if:

• The requested product is unavailable.
• There is an error in the product information or pricing.

• The order appears to be fraudulent or suspicious.
• We are unable to contact the customer for order confirmation where confirmation is required.

Delivery times may vary depending on the customer’s location, courier availability, weather conditions, public holidays, and other circumstances beyond our control. Royal Radiance cannot be held responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible after placing the order. Once an order has been processed, packed, or dispatched, cancellation may no longer be possible. We reserve the right to determine whether an order can be cancelled based on its current processing or delivery status.
